Karola Sánchez

Bio

  Karola Sanchez is a young Spanish actress born and raised in Madrid. She began her drama studies at the age of ten and haven’t stopped since. To complement her acting techniques, she earned a degree in Psychology at the Autonoma University of Madrid. At age sixteen, Karola made her first appearances in Spanish television in commercials, print ads and music videos. At this point she decided to pursue her dream: to be an actress. She studied with Cristina Rota among other well known acting coaches who helped her get ready to appear in various TV series, such as "Girl Seeks Girl", "Los Hombres de Paco" and "Angel o Demonio". Soon after came feature film roles, among others "Los Abrazos Rotos" (Broken Embraces) by Pedro Almodovar, "Road to Wacken", "Teresa Cuerpo de Cristo", directed by Ray Loriga. She has also appeared in many short films, such as "StarLove" with Javier Botet, in which they earned a nomination for best performance at notodofilmfest 2010.
